Hello Friends!

Dreality: turning dreams into reality

(So corny, but what was I supposed to call the post!?)

I have been in Peru for months now and some incredible things have happened. My first few months were very relaxing and refreshing…now it’s time to get to work!

In December, I was launched with my sister and Mijail into our first bit of ministry with Christmas for the orphanage/daycare. That was an incredible experience and I’ll be back with those kids on the 28th for another party and giving out some new clothes!

There are several things God has placed in my heart to see accomplished with the rest of my time in Peru. I wrote a letter to give you some perspective into what’s going on. If you haven’t seen it yet, please take a few minutes to read it by clicking here!

For those of you who don’t have time to read the whole letter. Here’s the short version:  There are four things God placed in my heart in my first few months being here.  The first has been accomplished and we’ll be working some more  with those kids. I didn’t plan on doing any of this when I came to Peru. I thought I was coming for a restful season. It has been incredibly restful but I’m looking forward to it being incredibly meaningful as well.

1. Christmas for orphans: mission accomplished

2. Mission trips: I’ll be hosting teams in March and June! If you want to be a part, click on the Come to Peru tab.

3. Banquet for beggars: this is still just a dream in my heart, but I think it will happen soon enough!

4. Youth Conference

There is one other thing brewing inside of me now. I’m not quite ready to share but it’s going to be incredible.

The Lord has been so faithful in providing for me. I had a bit of money saved to spend a few months here and  the Lord stretched those funds farther than I thought they’d go! I’m so thankful for that. I know He will provide for this current season.

Would you considering coming alongside me in accomplishing the four things listed above (3 remaining plus whatever else God brings up!)?

I covet your prayers, and I would be so grateful for any donation you could make today. Please pray and consider giving $10, $20, $50, $100..a million? haha.
